Here we go again. Latest market data once again shows a disproportionate amount of active listings vs active buyers at a 0.8 month supply of inventory. At this absorption rate if no new inventory was added to our market place we could see 0 inventory in less than one month. 

It’s a great time to sell but a challenging time to buy. I have personally seen properties get over 15 offers and sell over $50-75k over asking price in less than 2 days.
