2022 DIAMOND MEMBER - PMAR Masters Circle

“Recognizing Experience & Exceptional Results” - Portland Metro Association of Realtors

Not all agents are created equal.

I received my real estate license in 2005. I was an anxious (still am) 25 year old and had no experience or prior real estate knowledge. I was quote “out of my league”. I studied the business hard, had great mentors, and became a student of the industry. Shortly after my start, the housing market shifted in 2009/2010 due to the recession that primarily affected the real estate industry. Negative equity ruled the day due to short sales, foreclosures, and an overall lack of confidence in real estate (among other factors).

Along with many of my colleagues, I needed to find another way to make ends meet. I used this time as another learning opportunity and took a job at a large national title and escrow company to learn other facets of the industry while the housing market grew legs again. In 2013, I went back out and began selling real estate with a new outlook, knowledge base, and focused my newly inspired business on customers, principles, and doing the right thing.

This year, I have been awarded into the Portland Metro Association of REALTORS Master Circle as a Diamond Level Member. This may be meager to some, but this has been a long journey, and I’m grateful. I am looking forward to many more successful years ahead servicing my clients with a CUSTOMER FIRST approach!
